How long do shipments take?

Our shipping estimates are not guarantees and right now are about 1-2 weeks and sometimes longer depending on where you live.  You should have received your tracking numbers when the item shipped out with more details.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, please be aware that there may be shipping delays that are out of our control. Depending on your location, we see shipments taking anywhere from 1-2 weeks and on rare occasions longer. If you do not receive your package within 30 days please let us know and we will look into the issue with the carrier. If your package is deemed lost by the carrier we will provide a full refund for your order.

How do I track my order?

You should have received your tracking numbers when the item shipped out and can also be found on your order confirmation page. You can also input your email and order number to find your tracking number.

Please note that we do not have access to any further information than what is provided on your tracking page. Please understand that we can only provide refunds, replacements, or returns for items that have been delivered, lost/damaged in transit or returned to sender. If you do not receive your item within 30 days please let us know and we will contact the carrier and refund or replace your order.

My tracking number isn't showing anything?

It takes some time once a tracking number is issued to populate in the system. Information should show up within 5 days of getting your tracking number. 
Unfortunately sometimes the tracking system on our website does not communicate with the carriers properly. In this case we would recommend to use the Global Parcel Tracker. Please input your tracking numbers on https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking. This can search all carriers across the globe for package and should give better insight to where your package is.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you inputed the incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately using the contact form in the support section. Please use the subject "Change my shipping address". 

There is no guarantee we will be able to change the shipping address and its based if your order has been processed on not yet. 

Unfortunately, once an order has shipped you can not change your shipping address. You may attempt to contact the carrier and re route the shipment but there are no guarantees this will work.

Sometimes orders are shipped using multiple carriers, one is international to get the item into your country, and one is local to get the order to your door.

Where is my shipment?

We know you are eager to get your order and so are we! We ship all our products direct from the factory because of the high demand and to ensure a speedy delivery.  You should have received your tracking numbers when the item shipped out and can also be found on your order confirmation page.

Please note that due to the global pandemic some deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside of our control. We wish we could do something to speed things up but it’s in the hands of the carrier once your item ships.

I have not received my item yet, can I get a refund?

We wish we could do something to speed things up but it’s in the hands of the carrier once it ships. 

We know the pandemic has introduced a lot of logistical issues that have effected delivery times.

I only received one item but I ordered more?

Some orders with multiple items ship separately to ensure one item is not holding up another. If you have ordered multiple items please check your tracking page and look for F1-XXXXX and F2-XXXXX to find out the details of all your shipments individually.

I received a failed delivery notice?

Please contact your local post office immediately to ensure the item does not get sent back to us.

Where do you ship from?

In order to provide our customers with the lowest prices possible and in order to meet demand we ship all our product direct from the factory. We ship from one of the two factories that are located outside the USA depending on your location.
