Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed it is immediately sent to the fulfillment centre in order to expedite the shipping process. Unfortunately we do not have a way to cancel your order once its been processed.
You should be receiving a tracking number shortly if you have not received it already. Once you receive your item and are still not satisfied please send us a message and we can look at setting up a return refund.
How do I return my item for a refund?
We are sorry that you are not satisfied with the item. Please send us a photo of the item and a detailed explanation on why you would like to return it or have it replaced.
Once the refund/return request is approved we will provide you with a shipping address to send the item to. The buyer must pay for the return shipping cost in most cases.
Once we receive the item and inspect its contents we will issue a refund in full for the item to your original payment method.
Please note we can only provide refunds, replacements, or returns for items that have been delivered, lost/damaged in transit or returned to sender. If you do not receive your item within 30 days please let us know and we will contact the carrier.
My item is damaged or missing a part?
We are sorry that you have an issue with the item. Could you kindly send us a photo of the item and a detailed explanation on what is damaged or missing. Please use the contact support section to begin a return request.
Once the replacement request is approved we will provide you with instructions.
Whats your return policy?
We accept most returns within 30 days for unused items for a full refund.
To start a return, please use the contact form below to send us a message. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
