I need help picking the best float for my child

Newborns (3-24 Months): Our top recommendation is the best-selling Mambo Baby float. Consider one of our limited or special edition versions, which feature an upgraded canopy and enhanced safety features. Mamb Baby

Toddlers (1-3 Years): For this age group, the Mambo Seat is a favorite. It's akin to a baby jumper, but designed for water fun. Mambo Seat

Children Over 4 Years: We recommend the Mambo Wings. These are like inflatable arm bands but are unpopable, more comfortable, and feature fun designs. Mambo Wings

Where is my shipment?

We know you are eager to get your order and so are we! We ship all our products direct from the factory because of the high demand and to ensure a speedy delivery.  You should have received your tracking numbers when the item shipped out and can also be found on your order confirmation page.

Please note that due to the global pandemic some deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside of our control. We wish we could do something to speed things up but it’s in the hands of the carrier once your item ships. 

Please note that we do not have access to any further information than what is provided on your tracking page. Please understand that we can only provide refunds, replacements, or returns for items that have been delivered, lost/damaged in transit or returned to sender. If you do not receive your item within 30 days please let us know and we will contact the carrier.

What type of payments do you accept?

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

  • We accept secure payments for both local & international customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards & PayPal.
  • In US: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards.
  • In Canada, Australia, Hong Kong SAR China, Italy, Ireland, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain, and the UK: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards.
  • In Germany: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards, along with payments using SOFORT and Klarna Pay Later.
  • In Netherlands: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards, along with payments using iDEAL.

Note that additional exchange fee may apply if your currency is other than US dollars.

Returns and Refunds

Your 100% satisfaction is important for us. We offer a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy:

  • If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
  • To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • For returns, please use the contact form under the support section with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs of returned items in most cases. 
  • When returned item is received and inspected, you will receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
  • If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
How do I track my order?

You should have received your tracking numbers when the item shipped out and can also be found on your order confirmation page. You can also input your email and order number to find your tracking number.


Please note that we do not have access to any further information than what is provided on your tracking page. Please understand that we can only provide refunds, replacements, or returns for items that have been delivered, lost/damaged in transit or returned to sender. If you do not receive your item within 30 days please let us know and we will contact the carrier and refund or replace your order.

How do I cancel my order?

Once an order is placed it is immediately sent to the fulfillment centre in order to expedite the shipping process. Unfortunately we do not have a way to cancel your order once its been processed. 

You should be receiving a tracking number shortly if you have not received it already. Once you receive your item and are still not satisfied please send us a message and we can look at setting up a return refund.

Can't find my order?

You should have received a confirmation order in your email after checkout. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you can not locate it. 

Sometimes customers input the incorrect email address and thus do not receive the confirmation email. If this is the case please contact us via the contact form in the support section and use the subject "Can't find my order". Please provide as much detail about your order so we can help locate it for you. 

Can I buy the canopy separately?

The canopy is available for purchase and is sold separately from the Mambo Baby floats. Please ensure your float is compatible before ordering. It should include 4 loops where the canopy is attached to each side. 

I may have placed an order with fake or scam website.

Please be aware that there are some websites that claim to sell authentic Mambobaby products but do not deliver authentic floats or may not even send anything at all. If you are unsure please contact the website directly. We can not issue refunds or replacement for any products that are not ordered from us directly. 

Here are a few tips to help you identify potential scams or fake products:

1. There prices are extremely low. Less than $50 for a mambo baby float is not even possible and is surely not an authentic product. 

2. They do not respond to emails after 48 hours. 

3. No PayPal option. There are a few legitimate resellers of Mambobaby products and if you are concerned its always best to pay with PayPal to ensure 100% buyer protection. 

If you believe you have been affected by one of these website we encourage you to take action to verify your order quickly. 

Are Mambobaby products Coast Guard certified?

Our products have been approved and certified in many countries as one of the safest baby floats on the market. Our floats use the same material found in conventional life saving devices. With that said, unfortunately at this time they are not Coast Guard Certified. We are working hard on getting this certification.
