Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed it is immediately sent to the fulfillment centre in order to expedite the shipping process. Unfortunately we do not have a way to cancel your order once its been processed.
You should be receiving a tracking number shortly if you have not received it already. Once you receive your item and are still not satisfied please send us a message and we can look at setting up a return refund.
How can I view my order?
You should have received a confirmation order in your email after checkout. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you can not locate it.
Sometimes customers input the incorrect email address and thus do not receive the confirmation email. If this is the case please contact us via the contact form in the support section and use the subject "Can't find my order". Please provide as much detail about your order so we can help locate it for you.
How do I track my order?
You should have received your tracking numbers when the item shipped out and can also be found on your order confirmation page. You can also input your email and order number to find your tracking number.
I purchased the wrong item by mistake?
If you purchased the wrong item by mistake and your order has shipped, please wait until you receive your item before requesting a replacement.
We can only provide returns/replacments for items once they have been delievered.
How do I change my contact infromation?
Please contact us via the contact form in the support section to request a change to your contact infromation.
I used the wrong shipping address?
If you inputed the incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately using the contact form in the support section. Please use the subject "Change my shipping address".
There is no guarantee we will be able to change the shipping address and its based if your order has been processed on not yet.
Unfortunately, once an order has shipped you can not change your shipping address. You may attempt to contact the carrier and re route the shipment but there are no guarantees this will work.
International orders & taxes
International taxes might be applied depending on your country's taxes or customs policy.
Customs duty is calculated as a percentage of the customs value of the goods and is not controlled by us.
Please check with your local customs authority to find out more information.
- The customs value is made up of:
- the price paid for the goods,
- the insurance cost,
- the shipping cost.
I may have placed an order on a fake or scam website
Please be aware that there are some websites that claim to sell authentic Mambobaby products but do not deliver authentic floats or may not even send anything at all. If you are unsure please contact the website directly. We can not issue refunds or replacement for any products that are not ordered from us directly.
Here are a few tips to help you identify potential scams or fake products:
1. There prices are extremely low. Less than $50 for a mambobaby float is not even possible and is surely not an authentic product.
2. They do not respond to emails after 48 hours.
3. No PayPal option. There are a few legitimate resellers of Mambobaby products and if you are concerned its always best to pay with PayPal to ensure 100% buyer protection.
